Harlan Jewelers is a full-service jewelry store with a large collection of stunning jewelry.  Most of the pieces are personally made by owner, and master jeweler, David Harlan himself.  We specialize in diamonds and unique gemstone jewelry, with an emphasis on custom designed pieces for the discriminating client. We also have an extensive collection of opal jewelry featuring brilliant black and boulder opals from Australia.

A master jeweler in the San Diego area for over 35 years, David Harlan has been making beautiful jewelry in Cardiff-by-the-Sea for the last 3 ½ years.  For most of his career, David provided his services exclusively for other specialty jewelry stores in San Diego. He now enjoys providing quality, experienced craftsmanship to the coastal neighborhood of Cardiff and the surrounding communities. Helping David in this endeavor are his wife Wendy and his sister Anne Harlan Murphy.

Custom designed pieces are David’s specialty and he has created many beautiful pieces for his clients throughout the years. Making engagement and wedding rings, restyling older jewelry, repairs, resizing, and appraisals are just a few of the many services that Harlan Jewelers can provide. We give each client the personal attention that can only be found in an independent, family-owned studio. Because of this, most of our clients come from personal referrals, and we strive to be your personal jeweler.
